In Store & Pre Orders
Please allow 3-7 business days a minimum of 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for all pre orders to arrive and be shipped out. International shipping 7-20 business days (not including weekends and holidays)
Please allow 1-3 business days for all In Store items to be shipped out.
Once item is shipped out you will receive a tracking number via email. If a shipment is showing "DELIVERED" with your tracking number you will need to contact your post office as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct delivery issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unique Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
